On March 6, LCC voted unanimously to extend a call to Jordan after having received a unanimous
recommendation from the Call Team. We praise God for the prayerful work of the Call Team throughout this
process and God’s faithfulness to lead us all in His paths.

Mobilizing Your Resources

As God calls us to mobilize around this vision, He calls us to leverage all that we are and all that we have for this Kingdom cause. This mobilization flows from a simple faith in the promises of God.

Hunger: Alleviate hunger in eastern Polk County

Hunger is a real issue in our wider-community. It’s not always seen. But it is there. And we have some great partner organizations that are doing incredible work to share God’s love with our neighbors in need.


There are moments in life in which a cause penetrates the hearts of a group and they mobilize all that they are and have to further that mission.

Worship Center Update

We are a Jesus-centered community on mission. This vision is the lens we use when making decisions as LCC. When presented with different opportunities, we ask ourselves, “Which one will best help us be a Jesus-centered community on mission?” Our worship center design process is one example of this.
