Prayer Requests During the Week
Prayer requests can be submitted anytime during the week by:
- Call the church offices at 515-967-4818
- Notifying any staff member
- Email the church office at Office@lccaltoona.org
Our Prayer Line is a weekly email listing prayer concerns from members of our congregation. If you have a concern you’d like included on the Internet Prayer-line or if you’d like to join the prayer-line, contact Laurel.
The Prayer Room, where individuals or groups can gather to pray, is located behind the Welcome Center near the Worship Center. As we commit ourselves to prayer, God’s plans and purposes for us are revealed in amazing ways.
Prayer Request Forms
Personal prayer requests can be submitted to the Prayer Team, the Staff, or to the Prayer Line. Communication cards (found in the bulletin) can be placed in the offering plate or given to an usher or staff member.
Prayer Requests Following Worship
There are members from the Prayer Team available to pray with you following each service. You will be directed during worship as to where they will be located.
You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Once your prayer request is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like!
First let us give the Lord thanks for the abundance of all things. Please pray that the Lord would deliver his people from evil men; That the Lord would preserve his people from violent men, who plan evil things in their heart and stir up wars continually. Pray against the spirit of anti Christ, false witness, terrorism, leviathan, jezebel, witchcraft, hatred and violence. Pray for world wide repentance that people would turn to God, so that he will forgive their sins. Please pray and intercede without ceasing that God's will be done in the lives of the world's leaders and for our leaders to seek God and listen to Him. Pray that they would be surrounded by godly counsel and, that our leadership would personally know God and the salvation found through faith in Jesus Christ alone. That we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. God can turn the hearts of kings. Earnestly pray that the people of America and its leaders will humble themselves and seek the Lords face and turn from their wicked ways. Pray that the Lord would hear from heaven and forgive our countries sins and heal our land. God Bless America Pray that the Lord would grant peace in America, that we may lie down and no one will make us afraid. That the Lord would remove wild beasts from the land, and that the sword will not pass through our country and that President Trump along with our leaders be filled with power, with the Spirit of the Lord, and with justice and might to declare the sins of Gods people. Please pray for revival and that the Lord would pour out his spirit on his servants, throughout the world both men and women. Pray for the peace of Israel. Gods will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Jeff Guldner and Mother (Dorothy) who are grieving the lost of Jeff's brother, Joel. Dorothy is especially grieving. Joel's death was unexpected and Joel did not have Christ in his life. He turned away many years ago and was very angry and bitter. It was a sad loss for so many reasons. He had in the last few years turned away from his family as well. And because of this Dorothy is truly struggling with it all.

Please pray for my son who is struggling with school, he is in Junior High and something has him upset to the point of complaining about stomach aches and making himself physically sick to avoid going to school. As his mom, I don't know how to help, he won't talk to me and tell me anything that is bothering me which is leaving me to be a detective and try to determine what is going on in an attempt to help. Whatever it is for him, it's very real. Pray he finds peace and returns to the lovable little man I know.
