prayer

‘Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.’ Philippians 4:6-7

Neighborhood Prayer

In his October 3 and 4 sermon (Reclaiming 2020 for the sake of others), Pastor Nathan challenged us to be the light in a dark world, and to take time to pray for our neighbors.

Prayer Line

Our Prayer Line is a weekly email listing prayer concerns from members of our congregation. If you have a concern you’d like included on the Internet Prayer-line or if you’d like to join the prayer-line, contact Laurel.

Prayer Room

The Prayer Room, where individuals or groups can gather to pray, is located behind the Welcome Center near the Worship Center. As we commit ourselves to prayer, God’s plans and purposes for us are revealed in amazing ways.

Prayer Request Forms

Personal prayer requests can be submitted to the Prayer Team, the Staff, or to the Prayer Line. Communication cards (found in the bulletin) can be placed in the offering plate or given to an usher or staff member.

Prayer Requests Following Worship

There are members from the Prayer Team available to pray with you following each service. You will be directed during worship as to where they will be located.

I prayed for this

Prayed for 6 times.

Shelli Bridges

This is a request but also a praise. I asked for prayer fro my brother-in-law, Dave, August 6th. We were told he would not make it the night let alone the next couple days. Well, God has been answering prayers left and right! Dave is still here, responding to the radiation, steroids and chemo!! God is so, so good! He is not out of the woods yet, and the mounting health care costs will be another prayer request we will need. I ask all this in Jesus's name. I have seen a miracle working in Dave!! I know God still wants him here on earth. I don't know how long but we will continue praising God for what we are receiving now! Please continue prayers for Dave and my sister's family for his healing and also for financial help as they are going to need it. Thank you all so much for your previous and continued prayers!!!!
