PRAYER

Let us pray for whatever is on your heart.

Did you know that during each of our weekend worship services, you are being prayed for? Members of this team spend time in prayer either at home, in the prayer chapel, or wherever they choose. You do not need to pray outloud or even with other people. Guidance and training is provided for this area of service.
I prayed for this

Prayed for 9 times.

Tami Brindley

Our family is in need of prayers again. My grandson, Tanner (the one with cerebral palsy) is in pediatric intensive care at Blank. He’d been battling the stomach flu for over a week, but Sunday night he really took a turn for the worse. He became unresponsive, they brought him to the ER & the trauma team went to work on him right away. They had to shock him twice to bring his heart back around, they sedated him & inserted a breathing tube to enable the breathing machine to breath for him. They admitted him to PICU, they ended up shocking him two more times after coming up to PICU. He is hooked up to more tubes & machines than I have personally witnessed, 2 IV’s, a port in his chest, an arterial line & a femoral line, the breathing tube & a stomach tube! It seems a virus attacked his heart & liver & possibly more organs but they don’t know for sure. Right now the doctors are calling him a “mystery boy.”

We won’t have some of the lab work back until Friday, so they will keep him sedated until at least Friday. And it’s also a waiting game, waiting to see when/if his organs his organs begin to function again. Pardon my babbling, but needless to say our family is in need of some prayer warriors right now.
